How It Works

This page explains in detail how FORBROS.CLUB operates for both Creators and Subscribers. It outlines account registration, age verification, content monetization, live interactions, shop features, payments, and moderation rules applicable to an adult content platform governed under Colombian law.

 

1. Account Creation & Age Verification

Access to FORBROS.CLUB is strictly limited to adults aged 18 years or older. All users must register with accurate and truthful information.

Subscribers: Accessing adult content requires only a self-confirmation of age (18+) via a checkbox or button on first login. This is sufficient under Colombian law for non-monetized accounts.

Creators: Users registering as Content Creators must submit a valid government-issued ID for verification. The platform reviews and approves IDs before granting access to monetization features. Accounts without a verified ID will not be allowed to publish paid content or use Creator features.

ID copies are stored securely and used solely to confirm identity and legal age for Creator accounts. They are not shared with third parties except as required by law.

 

2. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

Creators may set subscription prices and available plans. Subscribers can purchase recurring subscriptions using approved third-party payment processors.

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Multi-period plans (weekly, quarterly, annual)
  • Free or paid subscription tiers

All payments are processed externally by payment providers. FORBROS.CLUB does not store full payment card data.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the subscriber through their account or the payment provider. Chargebacks or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension.

 

3. Content Creation & Monetization

Creators may upload and monetize adult content in multiple formats:

  • Standard posts with images, videos, audio, or GIFs
  • Pay-Per-View (PPV) locked content
  • Scheduled posts
  • Reels / Shorts
  • Stories (time-limited visibility)

Creators are responsible for verifying that all persons appearing in their content are 18+ and have given explicit consent. Unauthorized sharing of third-party content is prohibited.

 

4. Live Streaming

Creators may offer live streaming sessions, including:

  • Public live streams (free or paid)
  • Private live streams billed per minute

Live sessions are monitored and may be restricted or terminated by platform administrators for policy violations, illegal content, or abuse.

 

5. Video Calls & Audio Calls

Creators can offer private real-time interactions:

  • One-to-one video calls (per-minute billing)
  • Audio calls (per-minute billing)

These services are facilitated through secure third-party technologies. Recording, redistribution, or misuse of calls is strictly prohibited.

 

6. Messaging Features

FORBROS.CLUB includes a messaging system:

  • Text, image, audio, and video messages
  • Mass messaging to subscribers
  • Optional paid messages or PPV unlocks

Creators may restrict or disable messaging features at their discretion.

 

7. Feed, Search & Discovery

Subscribers receive a personalized feed from Creators they follow. Discovery tools include:

  • Creator search by name or username
  • Category and tag browsing
  • Featured and trending sections
 

8. Shop: Digital & Physical Products

Creators may sell products directly through their profiles:

  • Digital content (downloads, bundles, exclusive files)
  • Physical goods (merchandise, custom items)

Creators are responsible for fulfillment, delivery, taxes, refunds, and customer disputes related to shop items.

 

9. Tips, Credits & Virtual Tokens

Subscribers may voluntarily send tips to Creators during posts, live streams, or private interactions. Tips are non-refundable once completed.

 

10. Crowdfunding Campaigns

Creators may launch optional crowdfunding campaigns for specific goals. Contributions are voluntary and do not guarantee any specific outcome.

 

11. Notifications & Alerts

Users may receive notifications for:

  • New content or live streams
  • Messages and tips
  • Subscription renewals

Notification preferences can be managed in account settings.

 

12. Taxes & Regional Pricing

Creators are responsible for declaring and paying applicable taxes according to Colombian law and their country of residence. FORBROS.CLUB does not provide tax advice.

 

13. Security, Privacy & Consent

FORBROS.CLUB applies technical and organizational measures to protect user data in accordance with Colombian data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012).

  • Encrypted password storage
  • Secure authentication mechanisms
  • Content reporting and moderation tools

Any depiction of third parties without documented consent is strictly prohibited.

 

14. Creator Dashboard

Creators have access to a dashboard to manage:

  • Content and monetization
  • Subscriptions and earnings
  • Withdrawals and transaction history
 

15. Reporting & Enforcement

Users may report content, behavior, or transactions that violate platform rules. FORBROS.CLUB reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or cooperate with authorities where required by law.
