1. INTRODUCTION

By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

Access by minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

4. USER ACCOUNTS

To access paid content, users must create an account.

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Keep login credentials confidential
  • Accept full responsibility for all activity under their account

FOR BROS CLUB is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS & DIGITAL CONTENT

5.1 Nature of the Service

FOR BROS CLUB provides digital adult content, delivered immediately after payment or subscription activation.

5.2 No Ownership Transfer

Purchasing or subscribing does not grant ownership of any content. All rights remain with FOR BROS CLUB or its licensors.

6. PAYMENTS, BILLING & CHARGEBACK POLICY

6.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed exclusively through third-party payment providers. FOR BROS CLUB does not store full card or banking details.

6.2 Immediate Performance – No Right of Withdrawal

By completing a payment, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • The service begins immediately
  • You waive any right of withdrawal under Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011
  • The transaction involves non-returnable digital content

6.3 No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Accidental purchases
  • Forgotten cancellations
  • Lack of use
  • Dissatisfaction with content
  • Account termination due to Terms violations

6.4 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Users agree that initiating a chargeback without first contacting support constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate account termination
  • Permanent ban from the Platform
  • Evidence submission to payment providers
  • Civil claims where applicable

FOR BROS CLUB reserves the right to re-bill, block future payments, or report abuse to payment processors.

6.5 Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time; however, cancellation applies to future billing only. No partial or retroactive refunds will be issued.

7. PROHIBITED USE

  • Copying, recording, downloading, or redistributing content
  • Sharing account credentials
  • Circumventing payment or security systems
  • Using bots, scrapers, or automation tools
  • Uploading illegal, defamatory, or abusive content

Violations may result in immediate termination without notice.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Platform is protected by Colombian and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal liability.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”.

FOR BROS CLUB does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or any specific outcome from the use of adult content.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Colombian law, FOR BROS CLUB shall not be liable for:

  • Technical failures or interruptions
  • Payment provider errors
  • User dissatisfaction
  • Third-party actions
  • Psychological or emotional reactions to adult content

11. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data is processed in accordance with:

  • Law 1581 of 2012
  • Decree 1377 of 2013
  • Decree 1074 of 2015

12. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

FOR BROS CLUB reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Termination does not entitle users to refunds.

13. MODIFICATIONS

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Colombia.
